Viewing is open to everyone. Posting is for adults aged 18 or older who have permission to publish the content. We do not verify age or business identity through this declaration.

What belongs here

Local public events, lawful ordinary services and offers, classes, community activities, and ideas. State the organiser, area, timing, important terms and expiry. Use public venue information rather than private home addresses. Do not impersonate an organisation or publish someone else’s personal data.

What is prohibited

No nudity or sexual material, child exploitation, threats, hate or harassment, illegal goods, weapons, drugs, gambling, scams, deceptive guarantees, or dangerous requests. Regulated financial and medical promotions, payment solicitations, private data, and content needing further checks are held for review. You must have rights to the text and images you submit.

How publication works

Text and an optional compressed image are sent to configured server-side AI providers. Images currently require the image-capable Gemini provider. A strict automated verdict may approve clearly benign content. Uncertain, flagged or malformed results stay private; provider outages never approve a post. A confidence score is a model signal, not a proven probability of safety. Human operators can reject or withdraw content. Automated screening is not comprehensive child-safety hash matching, business verification, or legal certification.

Reporting and appeals

Use the report link on a published notice. Signed-in reports are limited to protect against abuse. Visitors and posters can contact hello@papershapers.in with the notice ID and a specific explanation. Do not email identity documents, abusive imagery or sensitive personal information. A report is reviewed; it does not automatically remove a notice. An operator must review appeals and safety incidents.

Images and location

Images are resized, stripped of embedded metadata, re-encoded to WebP, and held in private database storage until the notice is approved. Do not attach private or sensitive information. Venue coordinates are converted into an approximate neighbourhood cell; original coordinates are not stored. Visitor location is optional, rounded before transmission, used for the current search, and not used to build an advertising profile.

Advertising and examples

No third-party ad scripts are enabled in this release. Advertising must be identifiable and separated from listings. Study answers and precise location must not be used to target ads. Dummy guide pages are labelled at the beginning and end and excluded from indexing. They never represent live offers.

Before public launch

Operator identity, a staffed grievance contact, response procedures, retention/deletion operations, applicable child-safety escalation and legal review must be completed for the operating business and jurisdiction. This policy describes product behaviour; it is not a claim of legal compliance.
