How teachers can start a small practice loop

Choose a narrow syllabus slice, make a short paper, and tell learners the purpose before they begin: this is practice, not a public ranking. After the attempt, look for patterns in the questions learners skipped or explained poorly. Use those patterns to plan the next explanation, not to label a learner.
